In cottage 833 and 885 there are air conditioners that can heat and cool the cottages. You will find them in the living room and each bedroom. How they work can be found below.
On the terrace of the VIP cottages you will find a stone barbecue. You will find the grill in the storage room of your bungalow. Replace the grill after use, clean back in the storage room of your bungalow.
There is no barbecue in the Comfort and Premium cottages. You can buy one in the Food Store. You can also buy charcoal and firelighters here.
It is only allowed to use charcoal in the barbecue (no wood) and you must comply with the following guidelines:

Some cottages have a radio in the bathroom, which can be turned on by switching on the radio/CD-player in the living room or kitchen. The volume can be regulated separately from the radio/CD-player in the living room using the volume dial in the bathroom
Some cottages are controlled digitally. Lightly touching the symbols is sufficient for operation.
Overview of the most important functions:

Bubble bath VIP Renewed Cottage
To fill the bath with water, turn the right-hand tap to the right. To use the shower head, turn the right tap to the left. Use the left tap to regulate the temperature.

Bath tap: turn the left turning knob backwards to use the bath tap. Turn it forwards to use the shower. Fill the bath to a minimum of ¾ before using the jet streams (otherwise it will not work).
Use the button on the right of the panel to regulate the jet streams.

Fill the bath ¾ full.

Gas cooker without electric ignition
Hold in the gas button for 5 seconds and light the gas with a match.

With positive-ignition engines: By pressing at turning the buttons at the same time the gas will inflame automatically. It is also possible to use a match.
Induction hob (houseboat)
If you wish to use the Induction hob you can only use the cookware that is available in your villa. The heat source can be activated by pressing the + and – buttons on the touchscreen.
To fill the water reservoir:
Never use the machine without water in the reservoir and always fill the water reservoir after use. Switch on the coffee machine by pushing the ON-/OFF button. You can use two filters for the machine. Use the little one for making one cup of coffee and the large one for two cups of coffee. To insert the filters into the machine, make sure the indentations in the filter slide properly into the groove.
ATTENTION: The filters sit loosely in the holder. To empty the filters, fix them using the clip provided.
Underneath the coffee machine rack is a drip tray that needs to be emptied frequently.
Always make sure the machine is pre-warmed before use:

Amount of coffee
To make one cup of coffee, place one 1 measuring scoop (about 7g) of espresso coffee in the filter. To make two cups, use 2 scoops (about 14 g).
IMPORTANT: remove used espresso coffee from the filter before adding new coffee.
Spread the ground coffee evenly and press down lightly using the coffee press. Ground Espresso Coffee is on sale in the Food Store. It is also possible to use coffee pads.

NOTE: make sure that the steam pipe is always positioned downwards.
We advise you to use the dishwasher on the ECO washing program.
Changing a current program: If a wrong program has been selected, it can be changed, if it has only just started: open the door (watch out for HOT steam!), Keep the ON / OFF button pressed, the machine switches off. Switch the machine back on with the ON / OFF button and select the new washing program and any desired options; start the washing program by closing the door.
Adding extra dishes: Without switching off the machine, open the door (watch out for HOT steam!) And place the dishes in the dishwasher. Close the door and push the Staert/ Brack button to the program starts from the point where it was interrupted.
In the premium and VIP cottages is a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Enjoy you delicious coffee variety
Select the required extractor capacity using the switch at the bottom.
You can also switch on the hood light.
When the extractor is located under the microwave. Then you can find the control panel of the extractor on the microwave, under the knob.
You can also pull out the screen underneath the microwave for use as an extractor hood over the front cooking rings.
Extractors in the Eden cottages only have 1 lighting point on the right side.
Premium 2 renewed
The extractor has two push buttons on the right side of the extractor. The big button is for suction, the small button is for lighting.
By turning the big button, you can select the desired extraction capacity.
By pressing the small button the lighting of the extractor is switched on.
Open the fireplace and place the firebricks on the grate.
In order to prevent a chimney fire it is only permitted to use the compressed firebricks on sale in the Food Store. These blocks are easy to light and create almost no ash. The plastic should be removed first before using the firebricks, which should be broken into pieces.
Close the glass door.
The air supply is regulated automatically.
You can easily raise the rack in the chimney (please wait until the chimney has cooled down).
The small container that collects the ashes can be removed and emptied.
The hairdryer is located in the bedroom or in the bathroom.
For safety, there is a switch on the hairdryer and also a switch on the holder on the wall. Both need to be converted.
There is a microwave in you cottage. This microwave is not suitable for baking off rolls. The microwave has no oven function.

You can now place the product on the rack in the oven.
Press start:
Use the rotary selector to set the desired duration.
When the hot air function is ready, the appliance can perform a cooling down procedure. The text COOL ON then appears on the right display. After this procedure, the oven switches off automatically.
If you want to use the hot air function again immediately, press and hold the on / off button for 2 seconds.
You can then press the start button again and use the rotary selector to reset the time.
Please close the patio doors carefully and slowly.
Cottages
In cottage the additional lock at the top of the patio door (on the left or right) needs to be unlocked first. After this, press the lock to open the patio door.

in the Premium and VIP cottages is there a safe. The safe is located in the cupboard of one of the bedrooms. The door of the safe should be open. If this is not the case, inform Reception, Info Desk or Technical Support.

Warning! Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the sauna cabin and infrared cabin without supervision. It is inadvisable for those who suffer from high or low blood pressure or have heart complaints to use the sauna.
If you are in doubt about your overall health please seek the advice of a doctor. This also applies to pregnant women.
Stop the session immediately if you feel unpleasant.
It is advisable to drink water before and after using the sauna. This keeps the body’s mineral levels in balance. A hot shower before use ensures easier perspiration.
Outdoor Sauna (Eden VIP)
Temperature control
To set the required sauna temperature turn the left-hand switch on the heater temperature control. The sauna will heat up to the required temperature within about one hour. The thermostat will keep the sauna at the set temperature.
Timer
The heater is turned on using the timer dial on the right. The indicator lights will come on. The timer has two settings: the first one (with larger figures) is the “instant on” range; that is, the heater is on for a selected period of time (0-4 hours).
The other range is the “pre-set” range (1-8 hours), which is used to turn on the heater after a certain time. The heater starts when the timer has turned the switch back to the “instantly on” section (number 4). After this, the heater will be on for about 4 hours, unless the switch is turned to zero (0) when the supply is cut off and the heater is switched off.
Indoor Sauna
Turn the sauna on a good half-hour before you want to use it in order to pre-heat it. To do this, turn the left-hand dial to the right until the heater turns on.
After the pre-heating period you can select the desired temperature using the right-hand dial. Set the time for the sauna using the left-hand dial. The figures represent hours, so 2 means that the sauna will stay at the selected temperature for two hours. If you want to finish your session in the sauna earlier than anticipated, turn the left-hand knob to ‘0’

Turn on the sauna half an hour before use. Press on the top button. Use the rotary knob to set the temperature.
When you are finished, press the on/off button to turn the sauna off.
The lighting in the sauna is controlled by the light switch in the bathroom.

When you hear a repeating alarm there may be a dangerous situation. Never ignore this alarm. Please open the windows when the alarm is on, unless there is a fire.
The smoke detector is not forwarded to Reception.

Never interrupt the power supply to the smoke detector.
The detector will not work and you cannot be warned in case of emergency.
If you hear the alarm sound with minute intervals, the batteries need to be replaced. Please call us and we will change them for you.

Select a temperature by pressing the + and – button.
After 3 seconds you will see the temperature displayed.
The thermostat has a motion sensor. The thermostat will automatically lower the temperature when you are not in the cottage (after 2 hours) and when you are asleep.
The minimum temperature is 14ºC
The maximum temperature is 21 ºC
Will visitors come to the park? That is no problem at all. They are welcome between 09:00-24:00. If they use the car park, a fee of €6 per vehicle must be paid.
At the Info Desk or Reception, you can buy an admission ticket for Aqua Mundo at a reduced rate.

Our Aqua Mundo is open daily. You can find the opening times in the Center Parcs App. The bracelet allow you to enter Aqua Mundo throughout your stay. The lockers work also with the bracelet.
Bracelet
Upon check-in you have received a green bracelet per person. This bracelet gives access to your cottage and to the Aqua Mundo. Also, all your vouchers, packages and booked activities are registered on the bracelet. You must therefore always bring the bracelet to the restaurant or the booked activity. To use the activity gift vouchers, as part of the early bird offer, go to an information point to book for an activity.
You can withdraw cash at the Market Dome, the cash machine is located right next to the entrance to the Shop & Smile.
Car-free village
Please remember that our village is a car-free village. Please park your vehicle in the designated parking areas after loading or unloading your luggage. If you depart before the registered departure date please report this to reception.
Charging an electric car
Your holiday is ideal for recharging the battery. That includes your electric car. Simply in our park.
There are several charging points in the park.
At parking A there is space for 16 cars
At car parkin B there is space for 6 cars
At car parking C there is space for 2 cars
The car can be charged with the charge card or with the Orange/ Ecotap app. You can download the app at www.ecotap.nl/en/ecotap-app-manual/

We operate a launderette for our guests. To use the launderette you will need to purchase a launderette coin from the Reception. The dryer works with a € 0.50 cent coin. You can also drop off your laundry for a service wash. For opening times please see the Center Parcs App.
For lost and found property, please enquire at our Info Desk, Reception or send an email to lostandfound.kv@centerparcs.com. Recovered items will be kept for a maximum of 3 months.
Milieu
You can make a significant contribution to protecting the environment by sorting your refuse. Together, we can create a healthier legacy for our children!
Please sort your refuse as follows:
Glass: Bottles, glass jars, etc.
Waste paper: Dry paper, newspapers, magazines, cardboard, etc.
Batteries: Staff at the Reception or Info Desk will be pleased to take your empty batteries.
Residual waste: Residual waste.
The respective containers, into which you can deposit your refuse, are situated in the direct vicinity of your cottage.

We kindly ask you to vacate your cottage before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Please hand in your wristbands at the reception or deposit them in the designated box at the exit of the park. We would be delighted if you spent your last day with us in the village.
To make the cleaning process more efficient, please put your bed sheets and towels in the plastic bag and leave them in the hallway of your cottage.
Please leave the cottage tidy, empty the dishwasher, and take the trash to the appropriate containers. Don’t forget to look underneath the bed so you will not forget anything. If you want to leave early; the barriers open at 5 am.
Your pet is welcome in our village. Please mention at the reception that you have a pet. This is vital if we are to ensure that your cottage is cleaned properly for the following guests.
Please observe the obligation to keep dogs on their leashes in the park. In the park there are on several places to get dog dirt bags. Pets are not allowed in the Market Dome because of the tropical birds.
Do you expect mail? Mail can be obtained from the reception in the Market Dome. Outgoing mail can be deposited in the designated postal box at the Reception.
You can book the activities on Mycenterparcs or the Center Parcs App. You can download the Planet Center Parcs app in the App Store (Apple) or in the Google Play Store (Android). You can also book the activities at the Reception in the Market Dome or at the Sport Center.
To make a reservation in one of our restaurants please go to the reception In the Market Dome. You can also reserve a table at restaurant reservation line +31 (0)6 – 29 18 95 56.
For your own safety, please close all doors and windows before you leave the cottage. Please also make sure that the patio door is locked.
Do not leave any valuables laying around in your cottage. Please use the safe provided.
Our child-friendly cottages contain childproof electrical sockets. The childproof mechanisms are usually invisibly incorporated in the sockets.
When you are leaving the cottage please make sure that no naked flames are left burning (fireplace, candles including perfumed candles) and that all electrical appliances are switched off, particularly electric blankets, radiators, fondues or similar devices that you may have brought with you.
Please do not throw cigarettes or BBQ rests on the ground, especially during the summer when there is a risk of forest fires.
Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.) inside the cottages is prohibited nor in any other place where there is a risk of fire. Electronic cigarettes are tolerated inside the cottages but should preferably be used outside the cottages.
Taxi
To order a taxi, please enquire at the Info Desk or Reception.
There is wireless internet access in the cottage. You have to select the KPN network to be able to use the WiFi network space.
These Household regulations apply to all parks belonging to Center Parcs (hereinafter called the landlord) and are intended for the tenants of the cottages, their parties, and in general all visitors to the parks of Center Parcs.
1.Arrangements that deviate from the clauses contained in these regulations are only valid if and insofar as such deviations are expressly agreed in writing between the tenant and the landlord.
2.This tenant, his party and in general all visitors to the parks of Center Parcs are obliged to behave correctly and to refrain from acting in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause offence to the landlord or to other visitors.
3.The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him, his party or his visitors at the park to other people and/or to the property of the landlord or third parties at all. The sum owed by the tenant to the landlord by way of compensation for damage must be transferred as soon as the first straight forward written summons issued to that effect has been received.
4.The tenant is not allowed to keep animals at the park that cause a nuisance or an inconvenience. The same applies to engines, instruments , tools or similar objects that may, in the opinion of the manager, cause a nuisance . Radios and other sound equipment must be used in such a way that they cannot be heard outside the cottage.
5.The use of nitrous oxide (other than for culinary purposes) is strictly forbidden. The use of drugs and nitrous oxide (other than for culinary purposes) will result in a permanent removal from the village without a partial or complete refund of the rental amount and any entrance fees.
6.The use of –flying –drones by the tenant, or any visitor, is strictly forbidden within the grounds and above the respective village.
7.The landlord retains the right at all timesto enter the cottages for an inspection and /or to carry out or supervise maintenance work. This will not entitle the tenant to a full or partial refund of the rent already paid oryet tot be paid.
8.A speed limit of 15 kph applies to mechanical vehicles within the park grounds. Motorcycles, mopeds , motor-assisted pedal cycles , etc. are not allowed in the park unless the engine has been rendered inoperative.
9.Mechanical conveyances with more than two wheels belonging to the tenant or to this party or to park visitors may not be parked within the grounds.
10.The tenant, his party and /or visitors obliged to comply strictly with all directions and instructions given by or on behalf of the landlord consistent with the content of these regulations , this consistency to be judged solely by the landlord.
11.The landlord and/or the person(s) responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations is/are entitled , either with or without first issuing a warning, to expel (or have expelled ) from the park , and deny further access to, anyone who does not comply with or who violates any of the clauses in these regulations. The landlord will not be obliged to fully or partially refund cottage rent and/or admission fees already paid yet or yet to be paid.
12.Permanent residence in the park cottages is not permitted. The tenant must all times have a fixed place of residence elsewhere.
13.The tenant is obliged to keep the interior of the cottage and the surroundings clean and free of waste. The tenant is obliged to deposit waste in the containers provided for this purpose.
14.The tenant and in general all visitors are obliged to comply strictly with all governments or statutory regulations that apply at the park. Motorboats are not allowed on the lakes in the park and swimming in the outdoor water is not permitted unless expressly indicated otherwise.
15.Outside the cottages, dogs must be kept on a lead. Dog owners must ensure that their dogs use the special dog toilets at the park.
16.The landlord is not liable for any damage and / or accidents resulting from participation in activities and / or the use of facilities etc
17.Tenants must be at least 21 years old of age.
18.The landlord is at all times entitled to temporarily close downbuildings and installations for maintenance work, without this giving the tenant/visitor the right to a full or partial refund of the rent already paid or yet to be paid.
19.The landlord reserves the right to introduce changes to the park equipment , the staff activities and the services provided to the tenant/visitor , as well as to the prices charged and any plans made or publicized.
20.If the tenant/visitor gives an incorrect name and or address, this may lead to the immediate cancellation of the tenancy agreement or reservation.
21.Cottage tenants must adhere to the arrival and departure times given. Deviation from these times by the tenant may have financial consequences.
22.Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.) inside the cottages is prohibited nor in any other place where there is a risk of fire. Electronic cigarettes are tolerated inside the cottages but should preferably be used outside the cottages.
23.The Legal form of the landlord is an N.V. (NaamlozeVennootschap,orpublic limited company) The landlord reserves the right to change its legal form in the future, or to transfer its rights in relation to the park and ensuing from this contract.
